    Who I Am

    I have 8,000+ hours of combined specialized training, teaching, and clinical experience - AND the hard-won wisdom of feeling like hot garbage for decades before figuring out what actually works. I went from 13 uncoordinated medications and 80 pounds overweight to finally getting the right care, losing the weight the good 'ole fashioned way, and thriving. I know what it's like when nothing else has worked, and what it actually takes to heal.
