    Who am I?

    I have 8,000+ hours of combined specialized training, teaching, and clinical experience - AND the hard-won wisdom of feeling like hot garbage for decades before figuring out what actually works. I went from living with major gut dysfunction and taking 13 uncoordinated medications and 80 pounds overweight to finally getting the right care, losing the weight the good 'ole fashioned way, and healing my gut. I know what it's like when nothing else has worked, and what it actually takes to heal.
